Energy+ Wall System

150 mm NEOPOR insulation option for above-code wall performance where buildable thickness and strong thermal resistance must stay balanced.

Energy+ Wall System with 150 mm NEOPOR insulation option
Insulation thickness: 150 mmRSI: 4.69R-value: 26.6U-value: 0.213 W/m2K
About this product

Energy+ Wall System is the entry high-performance Passive House Block wall option. It keeps the exterior insulation layer outside the structural concrete core and gives projects a clear upgrade path from minimum-code wall thinking toward lower heat loss.

What is included in the wall logic?
  • NEOPOR exterior insulation layer sized at 150 mm.
  • Reinforced concrete core designed by the project engineer.
  • Interior side finished with the selected Passive House Block panel/formwork strategy.
  • Airtight monolithic wall logic with insulation placed outside the thermal mass.
Performance position

Indicative insulation-layer values are RSI 4.69, R 26.6 and U-value 0.213 W/m2K. This positions the option as an above-code / high-performance wall system before the full wall build-up is verified.

Best fit
  • Projects that need a strong thermal upgrade without moving to the thickest wall option.
  • Milder climates, budget-sensitive high-performance houses, or early-stage feasibility comparisons.
  • Design teams comparing UK Part L, German GEG, EU/Croatia nZEB and US IECC R-value language.
Verification note

Final wall U-value must be calculated for the complete assembly according to EN ISO / HRN EN ISO 6946, including concrete core, finishes, geometry, junctions and thermal bridges.
